Happy Birthday Charlie!

We celebrated Charlie's first birthday with some famous vegan cupcakes. No big parties, no fuss, just letting the little guy indulge in some sugary goodness!

Then, on Charlie's actual birthday, we headed to the beach with Auntie Ash. We lasted about 15 minutes, but it was a fun adventure. And Eric was there too...although we don't have any proof, I promise, he was there. The photographer of the day.

Rumor has it that this was a popular hiding spot for the Woods children. Owen and Charlie love it. Crawl in, crawl out, crawl in, crawl out...Charlie could do it for hours...ok well, maybe only 10 minutes, what seems like hours in the world of a 1 year old.

A year, already??

It was almost a year ago that apple picking at Butternut Farm put me into labor. And now, here's sweet, little Charlie attempting to eat his first apple after apple picking today. I cannot believe how quickly the time has flown!
